Always remember Jeremiah 29: 11 – you can have many plans, but is it the Lord’s plan. It is God’s plan that counts and it is His plan that will come to pass. The question is, do we just make a plan or do we just seek God for His plan for our lives?

Proverbs 21: 2 further reminds us that, “Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the hearts.” Everybody believes that they are right in the things they do, how they live and so on. But the Lord searches thoroughly through man’s heart to see his that his motives are right and his heart is clean according to His standards, principles and way.

Proverbs 20: 21 says, “An inheritance gained hastily at the beginning will not be blessed at the end.” Many are creating their “blessing” and refuse to wait for the will of God to manifest in their lives. The quick schemes and shortcuts thorugh the process will bring pain in the end.

Psalm 37: 37 says “Mark the blameless man, and observe the upright; For the future of that man is peace.” Not because something feels right does it necessarily mean it is right; and if any “peace” you have about it does not come through God’s Word on the matter, then it is not God.

Proverbs 27: 2 “Let another man praise you, and not your own mouth; a stranger, and not your own lips.” This speaks for itself and needs no explanation.

Proverbs 29: 23 tells us:A man’s pride will bring him low,
but the humble in spirit will retain honor.” and Psalms 138: 6 “Though the Lord is on high, yet He regards the lowly; but the proud He knows from afar. Humility is the key to prosperity. Stay humble always. Humility is not a weakness.

Deuteronomy 8: 18, “And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.” Success takes more than gifts, talents and education. In order to walk in true prosperity, it takes God’s Favor and Grace.

Take not of Numbers 20: 8 – 12. Always seek the approval of God before the blessing of God. Many have the blessings but don’t have the approval. Never forget Moses, he struck the rock when he should have spoken to it as instructed. He got the blessings of God – the water – but he didn’t get the approval from God to do it the way he did, and he did not get approved to enter the Land of Promise. The approval and the blessings are different. God can bless you with the house, but He didn’t approve that one for you, so He won’t live in it with you.

Habakkuk 2: 2 – 3 says, 2 Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” Every vision has a process before it comes to full manifestation. The manifestation can take years. Make the first step and write the vision down.
